LT Bryant McKinnie was held out of Tuesday's practice due to conditioning issues, according to coach John Harbaugh. McKinnie practiced during OTAs so this is a bit of a surprise. Harbaugh also said C Matt Birk missed practice because he had surgery on some varicose veins on his leg.
