NFL Free Agency 2020: Live updates, latest rumors and signings across the league

Welcome to Day 3 of the new league year! It didn't take long Friday before we saw fireworks, as the Atlanta Falcons have added Todd Gurley a day after he was released by the Rams. Gurley returns to Georgia, where he rushed for 3,285 yards and 36 touchdowns in three college seasons.

The Falcons added Gurley to an offense that has Matt Ryan at quarterback, Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley at wide receiver, and Hayden Hurst at tight end. Four of those players mentioned are first-round picks, making Atlanta's offense one of the most talented in the NFL.

In case Gurley wasn't enough to get your Friday going, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers officially announced the signing of Tom Brady as their next quarterback.

It's truly a wild time in the league and there's still a few more big names left to be signed. Where will Jameis Winston land? What about Jadeveon Clowney?

There's still plenty of fireworks remaining in free agency, but don't worry. CBS Sports will help you run through all the hysteria and keep you informed on all the latest action in the NFL:

If Tom Brady ends up in Tampa Bay, he would play under Bruce Arians, who coached Peyton Manning in Indianapolis, Ben Roethlisberger in Pittsburgh, Andrew Luck in Indianapolis and Carson Palmer in Arizona.

With Byron Jones and Amari Cooper both officially hitting free agency, the Cowboys are out on trying to outbid others for Jones but remain in aggressive talks with Cooper. They also have other key FAs to key an eye on though, and that includes Robert Quinn, Randall Cobb, and the like. Quinn and Cobb are in the Cowboys plans for 2020, but both will hear offers first. Cobb seems the biggest foregone conclusion of the two to return -- given the hiring of Mike McCarthy.

For Jones, as I've reported for weeks, expect the biggest suitors to be the Eagles, Giants, and Raiders, but also expect the Redskins to get in the mix after releasing Josh Norman. Jones' market is absolutely robust, and he will set the market.

Corey Clement, to me, seems like a good fit in Pittsburgh. The Steelers certainly have questions about James Conner's durability after his injury-marred 2019 season. Pittsburgh also isn't expected to spend big bucks on a running back in free agency. Clement could be a nice option to fight for the Steelers' RB3 during the 2020 camp.
