He said the biggest difference between the coaching staffs of Steve Spagnuolo and Jeff Fisher is a focus on team unity and practices seem more organized. “We put the helmets away and just have fun,” Ojinnaka said of the start of OTAs. “You see guys on offense hanging out with guys from the defensive side of the ball.”
