The club signed P Delbert Alvarado on Monday, just three days after waiving Jake Rogers. Alvarado spent the summer with the team in 2010 but was cut just before camp. He also worked out during the rookie minicamp this past May. He joins Chris Jones as the two punters on the current roster.
