The Packers didn not tender a contract to wide receiver Jarrett Boykin before the league year began Tuesday, making him a free agent, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Boykin lost the third-receiver role to rookie Davante Adams last season, and the team re-upped with Randall Cobb this past weekend. Boykin was limited to just three receptions and 23 yards last season after grabbing 49 passes for 681 yards and three touchdowns in 2013.
