Kansas City's Dwayne Bowe is the ideal Chicago fit. He's 6-2, with great hands, and he is well known to Phil Emery because the new Bears GM came from Kansas City. However, the latest report out of Kansas City is that Bowe will be getting franchised. For much of the off-season, that hadn't been clear. If it doesn't happen, expect Chicago to be among the first calling his agent.
