Raiders starting DT Richard Seymour will miss Saturday's game against Detroit as he continues to rest his sore knees. Seymour, who missed the exhibition opener against Dallas, hasn’t practiced since playing against Arizona on Aug. 17.
Receivers Denarius Moore (hamstring) and Jacoby Ford (sprained left foot) are also out, although Moore ran routes and caught passes on the field two hours before kickoff. He hasn’t played in an exhibition game this year but appears to be making progress in his rehabilitation.
Undrafted rookie WR Rod Streater, who leads the team with 13 catches for 109 yards, will make his first start for the Raiders, replacing Ford, who had filled in the first two games for Moore.
Starting C Stefen Wisniewski (calf) will miss his second straight game, with backup Alex Parsons filling in again. Offensive tackles Ed Wang (shoulder) and Zach Hurd (head) have also been ruled out.
Starting weak-side linebacker Aaron Curry (knees) is still on the PUP list and will miss his third straight game.
