If the Seahawks keep playing like this, they'll bump their record up to 6-3 in no time. On the other hand, the Rams will have to make due with a 3-6 record unless they turn things around (and fast).

Preview
The Rams have been on the road for two straight, but on Sunday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Seattle Seahawks at 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday. The Rams are expected to lose this one by a single point, so we'll see if that gives them a bit of motivation.
Los Angeles traveled a rocky road last season, and unfortunately for them the road hasn't gotten any smoother. They took a hard 20-3 fall against the Packers last Sunday. Los Angeles has not had much luck with Green Bay recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Even if they lost, the Rams' defense still kept up the pressure with four sacks. Leading the way was Byron Young and his two sacks.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, the Rams had trouble moving the ball and finished the game with only 187 total yards. They were smoked by their opponents in that department as the Packers gained 391.
Meanwhile, Seattle was not the first on the board last Sunday, but they got there more often. They had just enough and edged the Commanders out 29-26. The victory was just what Seattle needed coming off of a 37-3 defeat in their prior match.
Geno Smith was the offensive standout of the game as he threw for 369 yards and two touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Kenneth Walker III, who gained 127 total yards and a touchdown.
Special teams played a big role in the game for the Seahawks, adding 17 points to the final score. All those points came courtesy of Jason Myers: he added 15 points with five field goals, and another two kicking extra points.
Los Angeles has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Seattle, they have yet to lose a contest at home this season, leaving them with a 6-3 record.
While only the Rams took care of their fans the last time they played, neither team managed to cover. Looking ahead, the contest is expected to be close, with the Seahawks going off as just a 1-point favorite. Anyone thinking of taking them against the spread should keep this in mind: the team hasn't covered the last six times they've played the Rams.
