How will the Ravens free agents perform on the field? We take a look at the key signings.
WR Jacoby Jones (signed May 8): A lot of Jones' success in Baltimore will depend on whether Jones has similar issues dropping the ball that he did in Houston. To Jones' credit, he's purchased a jugs machine to practice on his own time and has put in the necessary work this offseason. He could also return punts, which could keep cornerback Lardarius Webb solely on defense.
OG Bobbie Williams (signed June 11): Williams was on Baltimore's radar once Ben Grubbs left the team for New Orleans in free agency. Once the Ravens learned Williams' ankle was OK, they pounced, hoping he could fill the void. It's hard to replace someone like Grubbs, Williams has stepped in nicely. His first true test to see if his ankle is close to 100 percent will be in Baltimore's preseason game against Atlanta next week.
CB Corey Graham (signed March 23): Graham was a major addition to Baltimore's special teams unit as a gunner but is hoping to work his way into the defensive rotation. He's spent some valuable time at the nickel spot on the first team and has a chance to play defense in various substitution packages. He's listed as the primary backup to Cary Williams, which shows the coaches have been pleased with his performance in camp.
