Baltimore defensive tackle Haloti Ngata and left tackle Bryant McKinnie were not practicing when the team's first training camp session started on Thursday.
McKinnie's been working through a conditioning program since mandatory minicamp, which kept him off the football field for those three days. The Ravens and McKinnie set a goal weight of 345 pounds for him to play at this season. In July, McKinnie still weighed over 350 pounds.
Ngata practiced all three days of minicamp with no apparent injuries.
Also absent from practice Thursday: wide receiver David Reed (ACL), offensive lineman Kelechi Osemele (back), offensive lineman Jah Reid (calf) and defensive end Pernell McPhee (knee).
Osemele was present at practice with the offensive line, wearing a black T-shirt and black shorts. With those four out of practice, there have been no changes to the PUP list.
