RB Ryan Williams said he hopes to be ready for Week 3 of the regular season, but his goal is still Week 1. Williams suffered a torn patellar tendon in training camp last season and had surgery. He said the biggest concern is the strength in the quadriceps muscle above the knee. "The healing process is done," he said.
