The bone bruise in the right foot of Washington wide receiver Pierre Garcon isn't serious. But it's uncertain whether he'll play at St. Louis on Sunday.
There is no doubt about long snapper Nick Sundberg, who played with a broken left arm during a win over New Orleans. He has a full-length cast on his left arm and won't play against the Rams. It's uncertain how much time he'll miss. It depends on whether he can play with a brace on his arm.
As for Garcon, coach Mike Shanahan said the receiver still has a sore right foot. He called it a nagging injury, similar to turf toe. It forced him to miss the final three quarters of Sunday's 40-32 win over the Saints.
Finally, rookie safety Jordan Bernstine tore three ligaments in his right knee, his ACL, PCL and MCL. He'll miss the rest of the season. The Redskins signed safety Jordan Pugh to take his spot.
