The 49ers will place rookie linebacker Nick Moody (hand) on injured reserve with a designation to return, reports Bay Area News Group. Moody will be eligible to play again in Week 11.
San Francisco will re-sign wideout Kassim Osgood, another special teams player, to take Moody's spot, the report said.
