David Diehl was passed out behind the wheel of his BMW before being arrested on suspicion of DWI on Sunday night, a witness told the New York Daily News. Diehl has since been arraigned and is set to appear in a Queens courtroom on July 26, which is when the Giants are scheduled to begin camp in Albany. Diehl admitted to drinking at an Astoria bar before the accident, the Daily News reported.
