Progress has been made in contract negotiations between Baltimore and RB Ray Rice, according to the Baltimore Sun. The Sun report also states that no deal is imminent, however. The two parties have until July 16 to reach a deal or Rice will play 2012 under the $7.7 million franchise tag.
