Entering the start of OTAs on Tuesday, rookie WR Joe Adams has all but clinched first-team PR duties. Adams ranked second nationally with 16.9 yards per PR at Arkansas last year. He also scored four TDs. He also had 164 career catches, second most in school history, with 2,410 yards and 17 TDs.
