Rookie quarterback Russell Wilson is starting to look like veteran quarterback Russell Wilson. The first-year starter tied a career-high with three touchdown passes in theSeahawks' 30-20 win over Minnesota on Sunday. Except for the part where Vikings RB Adrian Peterson ran wild in the first half, the Seahawks played one of their best all-around games of the season.

Offense: A

The offense put up its highest point (30) and yardage total of the season (385), so we're rewarding them accordingly. Wilson, who spent two seasons playing minor league baseball, threw strike after strike on Sunday. He finished 16 of 24 for 173 yards and three touchdowns, but his numbers could have been higher if not for three drops. Wilson also completed two swing passes to WR Golden Tate that went in the books as runs because they were thrown slightly backwards. However, Wilson did hit Tate with a few forward passes, including two touchdowns. And let's not forget about Marshawn Lynch. The Vikings got a face full of Beast Mode: Lynch carried the ball 26 times for 124 yards and a touchdown. Lynch's 4.8 yards per carry marks the seventh time in nine games that he's gone over 4.0 ypc. Previous game's grade: B+

Defense: B

Things started off a little dicey for the defense on Sunday when Vikings RB Adrian Peterson went 74 yards on the second play from scrimmage down to the Seattle 1. The Vikings scored two plays later. Peterson tacked on 70 more first half yards after that and had racked up 144 yards by halftime. If the game had ended there, this grade would be a D, but it didn't end there. In the second half, the defense shut down every one from Peterson to QB Christian Ponder. The Vikings only ran 20 total plays in the entire second half for 74 yards with Peterson accounting for 38 of those. In the game, the defense sacked Ponder four times and picked him off once (Brandon Browner). Ponder looked lost most of the game; his longest completion was for 14 yards. Previous game's grade: D+

Special teams: A-

If there was an MVP award for punters, Jon Ryan would be in the mix for it. Ryan had another stellar game, averaging 48.8 yards on four punts. Ryan pinned the Vikings inside their own 20 twice, including a pivotal fourth-quarter punt where he put Minnesota on its own 6-yard line. Leon Washington raised some eyebrows when he returned a first-quarter punt out of the end zone, however things worked out, because Washington returned the kick 24 yards to the Seahawks 22. The minus part of the A- stems from the fact that the Seahawks missed their first extra point since 2005 -- Steven Hauschka's PAT was blocked in the second quarter. Previous game's grade: B

Coaching: A

In Seattle's loss to Detroit last week, the coaches went a little crazy, calling for 35 passes in the Seahawks' 54 plays. This week, coach Pete Carroll and company got back to what works: feeding the beast. Lynch carried the ball 26 times for 124 yards in the game. When Lynch is rolling, it opens things up for Wilson and when Wilson is hot -- like he was on Sunday -- the Seahawks are nearly impossible to beat. The staff also gets bonus points for a first-quarter trick play that involved WR Sidney Rice throwing a pass. Rice completed a 25-yarder to TE Zach Miller, and the Seahawks eventually scored on the drive. Previous game's grade: B-
