The Seattle Seahawks signed wide receiver Douglas McNeil to a three-year contract, reports The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson.
McNeil was a member of the Seahawks practice squad in 2014 near the end of the season. McNeil, who played college football at Bowie State in Maryland, also spent time with the Broncos in 2014.
The Seahawks have had recent success in finding quality talent from receivers without decorated backgrounds, including Fort Valley State's Ricardo Lockette and Kentucky's Chris Matthews.
