The Steelers have officially ruled the following players as inactive for Week 8 in Oakland: quarterback Landry Jones, wide receiver Markus Wheaton, cornerback Curtis Brown, tight end Richard Gordon, linebacker Kion Wilson, linebacker Chris Carter and defensive tackle Hebron Fangupo.
