Free agent TE Tory Humphrey has agreed to contract terms with the Raiders, his agent, Blake Baratz, Tweeted. Humphrey, has just 13 career catches for 181 yards over six seasons. His first three years was with Green Bay and the past three with New Orleans. He has nine career starts. The Raiders have little experience at TE after releasing starter Kevin Boss. Brandon Myers, a fourth-year pro, has been running first string during OTAs, ahead of David Ausberry and Richard Gordon.
