QB Philip Rivers and nearly the entire O-line were present for LB Kris Dielman'sretirement announcement on Thursday. Dielman fought back tears to thank his teammates for their support. Rivers jumped into take some of the pressure off of Dielman. Emotions also ran high for Rivers, who had to fight back his own tears while sharing memories and saying goodbye.
