Titans vs. Seahawks Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Sunday's NFL game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Titans vs. Seahawks football game
3rd Quarter Report
The Titans are giving their home crowd exactly what they were hoping for. Sitting on a score of 10-6, they have looked like the better team, but there's still one more quarter to play.
If the Titans keep playing like this, they'll bump their record up to 6-9 in no time. On the other hand, the Seahawks will have to make due with a 7-8 record unless they turn things around (and fast).
Preview
The Seattle Seahawks will head out on the road to face off against the Tennessee Titans at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday at Nissan Stadium. The Seahawks are hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
Seattle gave up the first points last Monday, but they didn't let that get them down. They had just enough and edged the Eagles out 20-17.
The Seahawks got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kenneth Walker III out in front who rushed for 86 yards and a touchdown.
The Seahawks were down by four with only one minute and 52 seconds left when they drove 92 yards for the winning score. Drew Lock hit Jaxon Smith-Njigba from 29 yards out and that was all she wrote.
Meanwhile, the point spread may have favored Tennessee last Sunday, but the final result did not. They fell just short of the Texans by a score of 19-16. Tennessee was up 14-0 in the second but couldn't hold on to the lead.
Even if they lost, the Titans' defense sure didn't make it easy: the Texans' QB was sacked four times before it was all said and done. Denico Autry was especially locked on to the Texans' QB and sacked him twice.
The victory got Seattle back to even at 7-7. As for Tennessee, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.
Looking ahead, the Seahawks are the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by 2.5 points. For those looking to play the spread, take note: they are a solid 5-2 against the spread when playing on the road.
