Coach Norv Turner said LG Kris Dielman, who retired on Thursday, was at the top of his game and still improving.  "I really believe that (Dielman) worked so hard at being a pro," Turner said. "He was playing his best football this past season. I think every year he looked a himself and said, 'How can I get better? What do I need to do to set an example on this team?'"
