Coach Norv Turner believes OLB Jarret Johnson (Ravens) will greatly improve the pass rush despite Johnson only having four sacks in the past two seasons. “He allows the guys who should be rushing the passer to rush the passer,” Turner said. “(Johnson) changes (OLB) Shaun Phillips role. It puts (OLBs) Antwan Barnes and Larry English back in the roles they are suppose to be in.”
