The Packers will be without two starting members of their secondary for Sunday night's game in New Orleans, as safety Morgan Burnett (calf) and cornerback Sam Shields (knee) are inactive. Also sitting out are defensive end Datone Jones (ankle), quarterback Scott Tolzien, linebacker Carl Bradford, center Garth Gerhart and wideout Jeff Janis.
