Bills LT Cordy Glenn vs. Patriots DE Chandler Jones -- Two rookies playing at a high level matched up one-on-one should be fun to watch. Jones has received a lot of attention so far, but Glenn has played his spot just as well with a lot less attention.
Bears DE Julius Peppers vs. Cowboys OTs Doug Free and Tyron Smith -- Peppers is a beast for whoever plays against him. He will move all over the line, so both tackles will get their shot. He will also move inside against the guards, which is where he will likely do most of his damage on third down.
Saints LT Jermon Bushrod vs. Packers OLB Clay Matthews -- Matthews leads the NFL with six sacks and has been a force off the edge. Bushrod has struggled some this season, which is why Drew Brees is taking a lot of shots. Bushrod has to keep Matthews off Brees.
Jaguars DE Jeremy Mincey vs. Bengals RT Andre Smith --A year ago, Mincey had a big game against Bengals left tackle Andrew Whitworth. Now he plays left end, so he will be matched up against Smith, who has improved a lot from two years ago. Mincey got a new contract last spring, but he still doesn't have a sack. Is this the week?

Bills S George Wilson vs. Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski -- Gronkowski was limited to two catches last week against the Ravens. He was held a bunch. The Bills will try and take him away, likely with a double team. But Wilson should spend a lot of time with Gronkowski. Wilson is an active cover safety.
Eagles LT Demetress Bell vs. Giants DEs Jason Pierre-Paul and Osi Umenyiora -- Bell has struggled since taking over for King Dunlap in the second half two weeks ago. Pierre-Paul is a force in the run game as well as off the edge. Umenyiora is a good pass rusher. Bell will likely get help, but Michael Vick needs him to play big.
Jets WR Santonio Holmes vs. 49ers CBs Carlos Rogers and Tarell Brown -- Holmes is the only real threat outside for the Jets, so he has to get something going. The 49ers' corners play a lot of zone, but when they are matched up he has to beat them down the field.
Dolphins DE Cameron Wake vs. Cardinals LT D'Anthony Batiste -- Wake doesn't have a sack this season, but he's still playing good football as a down end having moved from a 3-4 outside rush player. Batiste struggled some last week against Trent Cole, and Wake has those same type of skills.
Buccaneers WR Vincent Jackson vs. Redskins CB DeAngelo Hall -- Jackson had one catch last week and it didn't come until late against the Cowboys. The Redskins have had trouble in coverage on the back end. It will be interesting to see if Tampa Bay tries to attack down the field early after their lifeless performance last week.
Texans DE J.J. Watt vs. Titans RT David Stewart -- You want to see a nasty, physical battle? Turn in to watch these two. Watt is playing great football and Stewart has been one of the better right tackles for a while. He is a mauler in the run game.
