Backup QB Charlie Whitehurst is working plenty of reps during OTAs with potential third-string QB Jarrett Lee (undrafted, LSU) still observing. Whitehurst is starting his second stint with the Chargers after spending the previous two seasons with the Seahawks. “There is some new stuff,” Whitehurst said of the offense sense he last played for San Diego (2009). “Any offense is going to evolve.
