With Bears kicker Robbie Gould battling a sore quad, the team announced it signed former Cardinals kicker Jay Feely. Feely hit 30 of 36 field goals with Arizona last year.
The Bears host the Cowboys on Thursday. If Gould is unavailable, Feely would be active.
