Coach Gary Kubiak said second-year WR Lestar Jean worked as a starter during Monday's OTAs. Jean (6-3, 215) shined throughout camp last season before a shoulder injury placed him on IR for the year. Kubiak said Jean has an excellent chance to compete for significant playing time this season.
