Last season, WR Brandon Tate arrived from New England and was only used as a PR and KR. Despite his 24 career receptions, he didn't play a snap on offense. Now, he owns the second-most career receptions on the team and coach Marvin Lewis said Tate is competing to start at No. 2 WR.
