WR Torrey Smith declared himself 100 percent healthy after offseason sports hernia surgery. "I played in my [charity] basketball game and had like five dunks," Smith told reporters on Saturday at the "Ray Rice Day" camp in Towson, Md. "I played in Anquan [Boldin's] and had like five dunks. I'm good to go."
