Cardinals' Kelvin Beachum: Not playing Sunday
Beachum (hamstring) is inactive Sunday against the Lions.
Beachum's inability to play will leave the team thin at offensive tackle. The SMU product had taken over at right tackle for Jonah Williams (knee), who is now on IR, so the Cardinals will have to essentially turn to their third-string option, which could be Charlie Heck or Jackson Barton.

Cardinals' Kelvin Beachum: In jeopardy of missing Week 3
Beachum (hamstring) did not participate in Friday's practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Beachum popped up on the Cardinals' injury report Thursday after logging a limited practice. The fact that he downgraded to a DNP on Friday doesn't bode well for his chance of playing Sunday. If Beachum misses that contest, Jackson Barton would be the most likely candidate to start at right tackle, though that could be a weak spot that Aidan Hutchinson and the Lions' defensive front could target.

Cardinals' Kelvin Beachum: Steps up at right tackle
Beachum checked in at right tackle Sunday after starter Jonah Williams left the game with a knee injury, Dani Sureck of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The veteran played in 11 games for Arizona in 2023, so the Cardinals will be optimistic Beachum can prove himself a steadying presence for the remainder of Sunday's contest at Buffalo. There's no timeline for Williams' return yet.

Beachum (hand) did not participate at practice Friday ahead of Sunday's game at Washington, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
