Gratz was released by the Eagles on Sunday, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
This move is a little surprising, as Gratz was one of the Eagles' only reserve cornerbacks with any playing experience whatsoever. The 2013 third-rounder shouldn't have too much of problem finding another job sometime soon.

Gratz joins Philadelphia after playing three games for the Jaguars and spending some time on the Rams roster after being claimed off waivers back in October. Although he was ultimately let go by Los Angeles, the fourth-year pro figures to add depth to the Eagles secondary.

Rams' Dwayne Gratz: Claimed by Rams
Gratz was claimed off of waivers by the Rams on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN.com reports.
The fifth-year cornerback has been dealing with a hip flexor injury as of late but will look to put the injury behind him as he joins his new team. The Rams are limited at cornerback, so Gratz could see some defensive snaps this Sunday against the Lions, if not a role on special teams.
