Ogbuehi signed a contract with the Dolphins on Monday.
Ogbuehi was able to find a new team quickly after he was released by the Jets on Thursday. The 31-year-old joined New York from the Texans' practice squad last October and had actually re-signed with the team in April, but the Jets apparently decided to move in a different direction. Ogbuehi started five games last season at offensive tackle and will likely compete for a depth role in the trenches for Miami.

Cedric Ogbuehi: Headed back to free agency
The Jets released Ogbuehi on Thursday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Ogbuehi will now become a free agent once again despite having just re-signed with the Jets back in April. The 31-year-old became expendable as New York subsequently signed Billy Turner and drafted Carter Warren. Ogbuehi started five games last season and will now look for a new team to sign with for the 2023 campaign.
