Taiwan Jones: Waived by Jets
Jones was waived by the Jets on Tuesday.
The team parted ways with the young linebacker in order to bring back wideout/returner Jeremy Ross, whom they waived last month. Jones himself was cut by the Jets before the start of the regular season but was brought back in late October. He played exclusively on special teams for the past three games but will now look to find his way onto a practice squad or roster in need of linebacker depth.
