The Eagles did not tender VanSumeren (knee) as a restricted free agent Wednesday, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. VanSumeren will therefore become an unrestricted free agent. • Falcons' Azeez Ojulari: Signs with hometown team

Ojulari (hamstring) is slated to sign a one-year deal with the Falcons, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. Ojulari is an Atlanta native, and the Falcons are looking to bring the veteran edge rusher home. The 25-year-old played in just three regular-season games for the Eagles last year, totaling 67 defensive snaps. The number of defensive snaps Ojulari gets to see in 2026 likely is tied to the result of James Pearce's standing battery charges and what other moves the Falcons make around the outside linebacker unit.

  • Dolphins' Joshua Uche: Set to join Miami

Uche is slated to sign a one-year deal with the Dolphins, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports. Uche was a strong depth piece for the Eagles, playing defensive snaps in nine regular-season games in 2025. The strongside linebacker will bring both defensive and special-teams value to a depleted Dolphins linebacker room as he returns to the AFC East. Uche was traded from the Patriots to the Chiefs in late October 2024 and now will get to face the team that selected him in the second round of the 2020 Draft twice per year.

  • Texans' Reed Blankenship: Heading to Houston

The Texans are signing Blankenship to a three-year, $24.75 million contract, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Dean and the Raiders agreed to a three-year, $36 million contract Monday that includes $20 million guaranteed, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Dean's most productive season in Philadelphia was in 2024, when he logged 128 total tackles across 15 regular-season games, though he tore the patellar tendon in his left knee during the Eagles' Super Bowl LIX run that caused him to open the 2025 season on injured reserve. Dean appeared in just 10 regular-season games last year, finishing with 55 tackles (30 solo), including a career-high 4.0 sacks, one pass defense and two forced fumbles. With Devin White and Jamal Adams both unrestricted free agents, Dean is slated to start at linebacker alongside Quay Walker in 2026.

Phillips agreed to a four-year, $120 million contract with the Panthers on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Graham did not appear in a game for the Eagles in 2025, but now that he's signed to the roster, he'll have a chance to compete for a spot on the 53-man for the 2026 campaign.

  • Eagles' Brandon Graham: Records 3.0 sacks in comeback year

Graham played nine regular-season games during the 2025 campaign, tallying eight tackles (four solo), including 3.0 sacks. Graham came out of retirement in October to help bolster the Eagles' mediocre pass rush. The 37-year-old still had enough gas in the tank to play a rotational role, as he played over 17 percent of defensive snaps just twice in 2025. Graham has now recorded 79.5 regular-season sacks over 16 years, and he indicated on his personal podcast that he's open to playing again for the Eagles in 2026.

  • Eagles' Marcus Epps: Tallies 21 tackles with Philly

Epps recorded 21 tackles (18 solo) while playing 12 regular-season games during the 2025 campaign. Epps joined the Eagles after playing just three games for the Raiders in 2024. He played almost exclusively on special teams over the first eight weeks and then missed four games on IR with a shoulder injury, but the 30-year-old finished the season in a starting role after rookie Andrew Makuba went down with an ankle issue. Epps has played 15 regular-season games over the past two seasons, and he is set to become a free agent this offseason.

Between nine games in the regular season and playoffs, the 26-year-old tallied 2.0 sacks for the Eagles. During the first five years of his career, Phillips has recorded 28 sacks across 63 regular-season games.

Smith played 12 regular-season games during the 2025 campaign, tallying 31 tackles (15 solo), including 3.0 sacks, and one forced fumble. Smith was sidelined on IR for five games with a triceps injury, leading to a corresponding drop in production. The 2023 first-round pick started all 12 of his games this season, but he played over 50 percent of defensive snaps just eight times. In three years, Smith has accumulated 9.5 sacks over 45 regular-season games. He figures to play a similar rotational role during the final year of his rookie contract in 2026.

The 2024 first-round pick did not record an interception in the regular season for the second year in a row, but he tallied two interceptions during the Eagles' loss to the 49ers in the wild-card round, and he's now accumulated four picks across five postseason games. Mitchell should enter the 2026 season as one of the top cornerbacks in the NFL.

  • Eagles' Andrew Mukuba: Finishes rookie season on IR

Mukuba (ankle) played in 11 regular-season games (10 starts) during the 2025 campaign, posting 46 tackles (including 0.5 sacks) and three defensed passes (including two interceptions). Mukuba was selected in the second round of last April's NFL Draft and took on a big role right away as a rookie. He notched his first pickoff in his second game and logged a defensive snap share of at least 80 percent in 10 of the 11 contests in which he appeared. However, Mukuba fractured his right ankle in late November and subsequently underwent surgery, marking an end to his season. Mukuba should be ready for the beginning of the 2026 campaign and figures to reclaim his starting role in Philadelphia's secondary.

Dean tallied 55 tackles (including 4.0 sacks), one defensed pass and two forced fumbles over 10 regular-season games (eight starts) during the 2025 campaign. Dean missed the first five games of the season while recovering from a knee injury and then sat out Weeks 17 and 18 because of a hamstring issue. While that led to his overall tackle total being less than half of what it was (128) in 2024, Dean did manage to reach a career-best mark with his 4.0 sacks. He just completed the final year of his rookie deal, so Dean is slated to be a free agent.

  • Eagles' Moro Ojomo: Finishes with six sacks

Ojomo finished the season with 38 tackles and six sacks. A seventh-round pick back in 2023, Ojomo has gone from a 13 percent snap share as a rookie to 37 percent in his second season all the way up to 60 percent in his third year. He started nine games for the Eagles and played in all 17, finishing second on the team in sacks. The impressive development should keep him as a key part of the defensive line rotation next season.

  • Eagles' Jihaad Campbell: Records 80 tackles in rookie season

Campbell finished his rookie season with 80 tackles, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. The 31st-overall pick immediately stepped into a key role for the defending champions, finishing sixth on the team in defensive snaps and fourth in tackles. While fellow inside linebacker Zack Baun recorded 3.5 sacks, however, Campbell is still searching for his first sack as a professional.

  • Eagles' Jalyx Hunt: Leads team with 6.5 sacks

Hunt finished his second NFL season with a team-leading 6.5 sacks as well as 52 tackles, three interceptions, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. It was a productive year for the 2024 third-round pick, who played a limited role as a rookie. He even found the end zone for the first time, picking off former Eagle Carson Wentz in Week 7 and returning it 42 yards for a touchdown. While he was only nominally the starter in nine games, he played the seventh-most snaps among all Eagles defenders, and he should remain a key playmaker for the Philadelphia defense next season.

  • Eagles' Jordan Davis: Finishes with 4.5 sacks

Davis finished the 2025 season (his fourth in the NFL) with career highs in tackles (72) and sacks (4.5). Davis had been a key part of the Eagles' defensive line rotation in his first three years in the league, but he took on more responsibility in 2025, as his 61 percent snap share marked the first time he was on the field for more than half the defensive snaps. The result was career-best production, though as a defensive tackle, the raw numbers naturally don't pop off the page from a fantasy perspective.
