  • Eagles' Bryce Huff: Set for surgery

    Head coach Nick Siriani stated Huff will have surgery on his wrist Thursday, ruling him out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. Huff has been playing with a cast on for the last two games, but will ultimately opt for surgery, instead of continuing to try and play through the injury. According to Olivia Reiner of The Philadelphia Inquirer, it's not clear how long Huff will need to stay sidelined, but the expectation is that he'll have an opportunity to return toward the end of the season.

  • Eagles' Reed Blankenship: Gets another pick in win

    Blankenship recorded 10 tackles (four solo) and an interception during Thursday's 26-18 win versus the Commanders. Blankenship intercepted a Jayden Daniels pass intended for Noah Brown late in the fourth quarter to set up the touchdown that put Philadelphia up 26-10. His 10 tackles also tied a personal season high. He'll be on the fringe of IDP consideration in most formats in Week 12 against the Rams.

The Florida product was the Eagles' second-leading tackler in Sunday's blowout win, trailing just Zack Baun's eight-stop performance. Gardner-Johnson also picked off Cooper Rush in the fourth quarter, his second interception in the Eagles' last three games. VanSumeren suffered a concussion in the first half of last Sunday's tilt against the Jaguars and didn't return to the game. However, he's been able to clear the league's five-step concussion protocol and will be able to suit up Sunday.
