Bryant signed a contract with the Giants on Monday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Bryant was cut by the Bills on June 1 after spending the past three seasons on the team. However, the 29-year-old only appeared in seven contests over that span, primarily working as a member of the practice squad. He'll work to earn a depth role on New York's defensive line.

The Bills signed Bryant to a one-year deal Tuesday.
Bryant was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster a maximum of three times already this season, totaling three tackles across 70 snaps (61 defensive), so the Bills needed to sign him to the active roster in order for him to be available moving forward. This is by far the most snaps Bryant has seen in a season, and after he inked a one-year deal, it doesn't appear like his role will be diminished anytime soon.

Bryant dealt with a concussion during the preseason and has spent time on Buffalo's practice squad early in the year. The defensive tackle hasn't yet appeared in a game in 2021.
