Terence Garvin: Let go by San Francisco
Garvin was cut by the 49ers on Saturday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Garvin became the odd man out on the 53-man roster with the return of Reuben Foster and Malcolm Smith. The depth linebacker lasted just over a week in San Francisco, and will look to stick better elsewhere in the league.

49ers' Terence Garvin: Lands in San Francisco
Garvin signed a contract with the 49ers on Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Garvin brings depth to a 49ers linebacker corps currently missing Reuben Foster (suspension) and Dekoda Watson (hamstring), and with Malcolm Smith (hamstring) considered questionable. The former Dolphin is expected to serve as a reserve option behind starter Mark Nzeocha, and remains a longshot for IDP relevance.

Dolphins' Terence Garvin: Signing with Miami
Garvin agreed Wednesday on a contract with the Dolphins, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports.
Garvin appeared in 15 games for Seattle in 2017 -- starting three of them -- and played a career-high 198 defensive snaps and produced 25 tackles, one sack and one forced fumble. He'll need to carve out a more significant role with the Dolphins in order to attain IDP relevance, however.

Seahawks' Terence Garvin: Exits with concussion
Garvin will not return to Sunday's game against the Cardinals due to a concussion, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle reports.
Garvin will enter the league-mandated concussion protocol and must clear the five necessary stages before returning to game action. The Seahawks are still fighting for a potential playoff berth against the Cardinals on Sunday, but Garvin would have plenty of time to recuperate from the head injury if the teams fails to qualify.

Seahawks' Terence Garvin: Gearing up for Sunday's game
Garvin (shoulder) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Titans.
After missing Week 2, Garvin will return to his starting role at outside linebacker. The 26-year-old recorded three tackles (one solo) and a sack in Week 1, and he'll have to battle against a strong offensive line in Tennessee.

Seahawks' Terence Garvin: Full participant Thursday
Garvin (shoulder) was a full participant at Seahawks practice Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Garvin was inactive for Week 2 after not practicing last week, so this is a good sign for Sunday's game against the Titans. The 26-year-old will likely reclaim his starting role at outside linebacker, especially with the Seahawks' lack of depth at the position.

Seahawks' Terence Garvin: Out for Sunday's game
Garvin (shoulder) is listed as inactive for Sunday's game against the 49ers.
Garvin was listed as doubtful entering this matchup, so this isn't a surprise. In his absence, D.J. Alexander and Dewey McDonald, who both haven't played significant defense snaps, will have to step up on the battered linebacker corps.

Seahawks' Terence Garvin: Doubtful for Week 2
Garvin (shoulder) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Garvin started at outside linebacker against the Packers in Week 1 and had three tackles (one solo) and a sack. The 26-year-old's last snap Sunday came with 22 seconds remaining in the third quarter and he did not practice this week.

Seahawks' Terence Garvin: Signs with Seattle
Garvin signed with the Seahawks on Friday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Garvin is the second linebacker the Seahawks have signed in as many days after the club agreed to terms with Michael Wilhoite on Thursday. The 26-year-old Garvin spent last season with the Redskins and was particularly strong on special teams, where he racked up 285 total snaps. Look for Garvin to have a similar role with the Seahawks this season, as Seattle's starting front seven appears to be set for the most part.

Redskins' Terence Garvin: Active for Saturday
Garvin is active for Saturday's game against the Bears.
The Redskins will have one of their key special teamers in action for Saturday's road contest. That said, Garvin's utility in IDP formats is limited given that the Redskins' usual starting linebackers are all healthy.

Redskins' Terence Garvin: Listed as active Sunday
Garvin (hip) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
With five tackles through seven games to date, Garvin isn't an IDP factor, but his availability does bolster Washington's middle linebacker depth in Week 8.

Redskins' Terence Garvin: Questionable with hip injury
Garvin (hip) is questionable for Sunday's Week 8 matchup with the Bengals.
Garvin missed practice on Wednesday before seeing limited action on Thursday and Friday as he works through his unspecified hip injury. The linebacker has played just 6.4 percent of Washington's defensive snaps this season and his status likely won't impact the team greatly.

Redskins' Terence Garvin: Misses practice Thursday
Garvin missed practice on Thursday due to illness.
The linebacker had one tackle in Monday night's loss to his former team, the Steelers. Washington has yet to comment on the severity of the flu bug that Garvin was bit by, but look for more updates to come as Sunday's matchup with the division-rival Cowboys nears.

Steelers' Terence Garvin: One tackle in loss
Garvin had one tackle against Denver on Sunday. A restricted free agent, he totaled nine tackles (eight solo) in 2015.
Most of Garvin's playing time came on special teams, just as it had in 2014. He should not be someone fantasy owners are targeting in IDP leagues for 2016.
