The Bills released Hollins (undisclosed) from injured reserve with a settlement Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Hollins' tenure with Buffalo has come to an end after he was initially placed on injured reserve last week with an undisclosed injury. The 29-year-old hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since 2023 and will now look to get healthy and catch on with another team.

After being signed by Buffalo just a week ago, Hollins' season has come to an end, barring an injury settlement. The 29-year-old is trying to revitalize his career, as he hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since 2023. He spent last season on Washington's practice squad.

Justin Hollins: Getting look from Cowboys
Hollins (shoulder) is scheduled to work out with Dallas on Thursday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Hollins was on three different teams last season, ending the year on the Chargers' injured reserve list with a shoulder injury. Across 12 regular-season games in 2023, he registered 17 tackles (11 solo), including 1.0 sacks. Hollins will try to catch onto Dallas' training camp roster after defensive end Sam Williams tore the ACL in his left knee in practice Sunday.

The Oregon product had already been ruled out for Los Angeles' season finale due to a shoulder issue, but he's since been moved over to IR. Hollins appeared in 12 games for three different teams this season, recording 17 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks.
