Packers' Jaire Alexander: Missing more time
Head coach Matt LaFleur told reporters Friday that Alexander (knee) won't play in Sunday night's matchup against the Seahawks, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Alexander practiced in full both Wednesday and Thursday; however, LaFleur told reporters Friday that he didn't feel the All-Pro corner was ready to return based off what he observed at practice throughout the week. The Louisville product is now set to miss his fourth consecutive game Sunday, with Keisean Nixon and Carrington Valentine expected to serve as Green Bay's top outside cornerback duo until Alexander recovers from his PCL injury.

Packers' Jaire Alexander: Full go for Wednesday
Head coach Matt LaFleur told reporters that Alexander (knee) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, per Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site.
Alexander has missed four of the Packers' last five games after sustaining a partially torn PCL in a Week 8 win over the Jaguars. He practiced in full Wednesday for the first time since sustaining the injury, suggesting that the All-Pro will return for the Packers' Week 15 matchup against the Seahawks. Alexander is now expected to start opposite Keisean Nixon as part of Green Bay's top outside cornerback duo Sunday night.

Alexander (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Thursday night's matchup against the Lions, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Alexander appeared to be on track to play in Thursday night's divisional matchup after opening the Packers' week of practice with consecutive estimated limited sessions. Alexander is now in line to miss his fifth game of the season after sustaining a knee injury in the Packers' Week 8 win over the Jaguars. Green Bay's secondary could struggle without Alexander, especially against a Dolphins offense averaging 255.4 passing yards and 2.2 passing touchdowns per game since Tua Tagovailoa returned from injury in Week 8. Alexander initially injured his knee near the end of the Packers' Week 8 win in Jacksonville. After sitting out Week 9 against the Lions, he was cleared to return following the team's Week 10 bye, but he lasted just 10 snaps on defense before exiting early from this past Sunday's contest at Chicago. Alexander revealed Thursday that he's tending to a "tear on my PCL" that may result in more missed games, per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic. Coach Matt LaFleur said Friday that Alexander isn't a candidate for injured reserve, though, meaning he currently isn't expected to be sidelined for three more outings beyond Week 12.
