Packers' Jaire Alexander: Could miss time due to PCL injury
Alexander said Thursday that he's dealing with a "tear on my PCL" and may miss some time, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Alexander initially suffered the injury in the waning moments of the Packers' Week 8 win at Jacksonville, which sidelined him Week 9 against the Lions. Following a Week 10 bye, he was active this past Sunday in Chicago but lasted just 10 snaps on defense before aggravating the knee in question. With no clear timetable for a return to action, Alexander may miss his fourth game of the campaign Sunday versus the 49ers, which would allow Keisean Nixon and Carrington Valentine to start at cornerback for Green Bay.

Packers' Jaire Alexander: Not practicing Wednesday
Alexander (knee) did not participate at practice Wednesday, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.
Alexander was forced out of Sunday's game at Chicago early with a knee injury, and now it looks like his availability for Week 12 is in jeopardy. He'll likely have to practice in some capacity Thursday or Friday to have any chance to play Sunday versus the 49ers.

Packers' Jaire Alexander: Avoids serious injury
The knee injury that knocked Alexander out of Sunday's 20-19 win over the Bears is not believed to be serious, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Rapoport further reported that Alexander is "going to be okay" and that Sunday's injury was a continuation of one that the cornerback had already been working through. The seventh-year pro did miss the Packers' Week 9 loss to the Lions with the injury before Green Bay's Week 10 bye. Alexander has 16 tackles (15 solo), seven passes defensed, two interceptions and a fumble recovery in seven games this season.
