    Rashed signed with the Seahawks' practice squad Monday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

    The linebacker was cut from the Steelers' practice squad in November 2022 after spending much of that season on Pittsburgh's practice squad injured list. Rashed did appear in one game with the Jets in 2021, assisting on one tackle.
