Hamilcar Rashed: Signs with practice squad
Rashed signed with the Seahawks' practice squad Monday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
The linebacker was cut from the Steelers' practice squad in November 2022 after spending much of that season on Pittsburgh's practice squad injured list. Rashed did appear in one game with the Jets in 2021, assisting on one tackle.

Pittsburgh cut Rashed (undisclosed) from its practice squad Tuesday.
Rashed was placed on the Steelers' practice squad injured list at the beginning of September due to an undisclosed injury, but he wasn't waived with an injury designation, suggesting he's moved past the issue. The second-year linebacker's only NFL appearances came last year with the Jets.

The Steelers placed Rashed (undisclosed) on the practice squad injured list Wednesday, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.
With the move, Rashed won't be allowed to move to the active roster until at least Week 5. In a corresponding transaction, Pittsburgh signed wideout Jaquarii Roberson to its practice squad.
