Amichia signed with San Francisco's practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Amichia was last heard from after Carolina waived him with an injury settlement. While the injury details were never made known, the South Florida product is seemingly healthy now.

Kofi Amichia: Let go with injury settlement
The Panthers waived Amichia (undisclosed) with an injury settlement Tuesday, freelance NFL writer Howard Balzer reports.
Amichia had been on the team's injured reserve since Sept. 6, but his injury remains a mystery. Now that he's been officially let go, the 2017 sixth-round pick will hope to get healthy and latch on as a depth lineman elsewhere.

Amicha (undisclosed) reverted to the Panthers' injured reserve Friday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
It is unclear what injury Amichia is dealing with at this point. However, he landed on the team's IR after going unclaimed off waivers. He will remain there for the remainder of the year unless he and the team come to terms on an injury settlement.

Amichia signed a contract Wednesday with the Panthers, Max Henson of the team's official site reports.
After waiving guard Landon Turner, the Panthers brought in Amichia as a replacement along the offensive line. A sixth-round pick of the Packers in 2017, Amichia has yet to make his NFL regular-season debut.
