Thompson agreed to a contract with the Dolphins on Monday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Thompson will return to the NFL after he spent 2023 XFL season with the Seattle Sea Dragons, recording 34 tackles, including a half sack, and two interceptions over 10 games. The cornerback spent eight games with the Saints over the last two NFL campaigns, operating mostly as a special-teams player. Thompson is likely set for a similar role with Miami if he cracks the active roster in 2023.
