Seahawks' Ilm Manning: Signs with Seattle
The Seahawks signed Manning (undisclosed) to a contract Wednesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Manning signed with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in May of 2023. He was let go by the team as part of roster cuts and bounced around on multiple practice squads last year before being let go by the Panthers in June. He was a five-year starter at left tackle in Hawaii, and he'll compete for a depth spot on Seattle's offensive line during training camp.

Ilm Manning: Waived from IR
The Panthers waived Manning (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Manning has been dealing with some sort of injury since the beginning of May, but there's still no word on the nature of the health concern or its severity. Now that Manning has reached an injury settlement with Carolina, he's free to find an opportunity to play elsewhere once he's healthy.

Panthers' Ilm Manning: Reverts to injured reserve
Manning (undisclosed) cleared waivers and reverted to the Panthers' injured reserve list Monday, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.
The severity of Manning's injury is not yet known. The offensive guard will need to reach an injury settlement with the team to potentially play in 2024.

Manning was waived/injured by the Panthers on Friday with an undisclosed injury, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
There is no word on the severity of Manning's injury. Assuming he clears waivers, the guard will subsequently revert to Carolina's injured reserve. From there, he would need to reach an injury settlement with the team at some point lest his 2024 season comes to a premature end.
