Shawn Poindexter: Hit with injury
Poindexter (undisclosed) was placed on the practice squad injured list Thursday.
The Arizona product joined San Francisco in April as an undrafted free agent, and he hasn't yet been capable of cracking the 53-man roster. Despite a myriad of WR injuries and COVID-related inactive stints for San Francisco throughout the season, Poindexter remains in search of his NFL debut as he joins the injured list heading into Week 15.

Shawn Poindexter: Back with Niners
Poindexter signed to San Francisco's practice squad Tuesday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
The 24-year-old spent training camp with the 49ers, but he was let go at roster cutdowns in early September. Poindexter has yet to make his NFL debut since going undrafted out of Arizona in 2019.
