Orr was reinstated from the practice squad COVID-19 list and elevated to the active roster Monday.
Orr was placed in health and safety protocols just a few days ago but has since been reinstated and will be available for Tuesday's game against Seattle. He played in more than half the Rams' defensive snaps a week ago against Arizona, recording four tackles (three solo) in his first action of the season.
