Eagles' Darius Cooper: First receptions of 2025 in loss
Cooper caught both of his targets for seven yards in Sunday's 24-21 loss to the Cowboys.
The Tarleton State product played 12 offensive snaps and operated as the Eagles' No. 4 wideout in the Week 12 loss. He finished with the sixth-most receiving yards on the team, ahead of Jahan Dotson (who went without a catch on one target). Cooper has appeared in just seven games this season, contributing on both offense (72 snaps) and special teams (37 snaps). He's expected to play a similar role in the Week 13 matchup against the Bears.

Eagles' Darius Cooper: Barely plays in Week 11
Cooper went without a target while playing three of the Eagles' 72 snaps on offense in Sunday's 16-9 win over the Lions.
The undrafted rookie out of Tarleton State was active for the third game in a row but is still in search of his first career reception. Cooper briefly left Monday's game after sustaining a shoulder injury in the first quarter, but he was back on the field in the second frame for the Eagles' third offensive possession of the contest. The undrafted free agent has not recorded a catch or target across four-regular season games entering Week 10.

Cooper hurt his shoulder in Week 3 against the Rams and subsequently landed on IR. The Eagles announced Thursday that Cooper (shoulder) has been designated for return from IR.
Cooper will now begin a 21-day window wherein he can practice without counting against the 53-man roster limit. Philadelphia can activate him to the active roster at any time in that span, making his earliest possible return date Sunday versus the Giants. Once fully healthy, Cooper will resume handling a depth role in the Eagles' wide-receiver corps. He suited up for the team's first three regular-season games, during which time he wasn't targeted.

Eagles' Darius Cooper: Puts up 82 yards in pro debut
Cooper caught six of seven targets for 82 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's 34-27 preseason win over Cincinnati.
He got his first target on Philadelphia's second drive and his final look at the 10-minute mark of the third quarter, getting extensive playing time with second-string quarterback Tanner McKee on a night when the Eagles rested most of their starters. Cooper is an undrafted rookie out of FCS Tarleton State, where he had 1,450 receiving yards and 14 TDs last season. He then ran a 4.49 40 at his pro day, which is a solid time relative to his dense build (listed at 5-foot-11, 213 pounds). Cooper is now making his case for a depth job in Philadelphia, where No. 3 receiver Jahan Dotson appears vulnerable to a challenge.
