In case you forgot, Sidney Crosby is really good. The video comes from Crosby's summer conditioning camp in Nova Scotia earlier this month. It looks like Colorado Avalanche forward Matt Duchene is on the receiving end of the between-the-legs pass from Sid.
Check out all three minutes of footage of Crosby practicing below thanks to Nick Masters. Yeah, it's weird to watch practice and it is just practice but if you've never been able to see Crosby up close, this gives you a real good look at how good he is.
