This could have been really bad for Minnesota Wild forward Kyle Brodziak.
Early in the first period of Minnesota's game against the Nashville Predators, Brodziak, while down on the ice, was accidentally hit in the face by the skate blade of his teammate, Darroll Powe.
He was cut, but it wasn't as bad as it could have been and he was eventually able to return to the game after adding a visor to his helmet. This is what it looked like and how it happened.
