Yeah, we're ready for hockey season to begin.
So ready, in fact, that we're semi-excited by shootout goals in team scrimmages, like the Detroit Red Wings game on Tuesday night.
It featured this beauty of a goal (via Reddit Hockey) from big-man Todd Bertuzzi. He went with the same behind-the-back move that teammate Pavel Datsyuk used over in the KHL last week.
Let's watch.
Bertuzzi has been one of Detroit's most reliable players in the shootout over the years (and often flashes some amazing skill) and, since the start of the 2009-10 season, has converted on 11 of his 25 attempts.
